"Jumping jacks—I just can’t seem to get the coordination right 😂 but I’m determined to master them eventually!"

Before becoming a personal trainer, I was a kids’ teacher, so patience and creativity come naturally. Now I just bring that same energy to the gym (some clients say the song Maniac was made for me!).

Bulgarian split squats… they hurt in all the right ways.

Years of personal training experience:I started my personal training journey back in 2011, then traded barbells for baby bottles when I moved to Truro and had three amazing kids. After 11 years of chasing toddlers (which counts as cardio, right?), I recently completed my Personal Training program again and I’m so excited to get back to helping others crush their goals — this time with a little extra patience and a lot more caffeine.

I once did a Spartan Race while pregnant — because I don’t believe in limits, just smart modifications!

Back — I’m a little obsessed with pull-ups. They’re tough, humbling, and ridiculously satisfying when you nail them!
Least favourite exercise:
Bulgarian split squats — because apparently balance, coordination, and leg strength all decided to gang up on me at once.
